Warsaw Business Mission

2018 Warsaw Business Mission - April 25-27, 2018

The US-Poland Business Council will lead its 8th annual business mission to Warsaw on April 25-27 in conjunction with the 2018 U.S.-Poland Business Summit on April 26.

The business mission will comprise four components:

  1. Group meetings with top officials, including:
    • Deputy Prime Minister Gowin
    • Krzysztof Szczerski, President Duda’s top Foreign Policy Advisor
    • Deputy Speaker of Poland’s Parliament
    • U.S. Ambassador Paul Jones
  2. participation in the 2018 U.S.-Poland Business Summit
  3. individual meetings between each company and its preferred Ministers (two each); and
  4. a reception with Polish government and business officials at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence

Participants:

A participating company’s delegation should be led by a senior executive who is not based in Poland, with U.S.-based executives most desired. We encourage the participation of Poland country managers in the delegations but ask that the lead from each company be from outside of Poland. Exceptions may apply to companies who have regional offices in Warsaw.

Individual meetings:

Each company will also be able to request two individual meetings at ministries of their choosing. Meeting requests target the Minister or Deputy Minister level, depending on availability and the protocol level of a company’s lead participant.

Cost:

  • Members: $5,000 for up to two corporate participants. Additional participants can be added for $750 per person.
  • Non-Members: $6,500 for up to two corporate participants. Additional participants can be added for $750 per person.

This fee entitles your company to automatically be a Supporting Partner of the 2018 U.S.-Poland Business Summit, valued at $3,000 USD.

2018 U.S.-Poland Business Summit

The 2018 U.S.-Poland Business Summit will examine the U.S.-Poland economic relationship with the participation of senior U.S. and Polish government officials and private sector representatives. With keynotes from Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and President Andrzej Duda, the Summit’s panels will explore bilateral cooperation in energy, defense, health care, and entrepreneurship. Corporate participants will have the opportunity to interact with participating government officials and speak on the panels.
